How classes are structured.

I incorporate my experience into my classes by providing guidance on technique, kata, application, and sparring.

I am able to quickly adjust my style during class and adapt my teaching to the situation and to my students needs and interests.

I’ve always enjoyed being part of my Kung Fu family. I love teaching kung fu because it helps people build self-confidence, focus, discipline, along with improving overall mental health. Martial arts improves our quality of life by improving flexibility, conditioning, coordination, stamina, strength and lastly, self-defense.

I have watched my students grow in confidence and strength as they learn better control of their bodies and learn how to protect themselves should the need arise.
